Tilia Services' Internal Works Team are involved in both painting and decorating of residential blocks and private homes and flats. Throughout the year we also work on light repair and decoration of the exterior of older properties.

Another aspect of our work includes much larger scale refurbishments and upgrades; for instance the installation of new flooring, re-plastering, tiling and making good after mistreatment by squatters and unruly tenants; the list is endless. Our portfolio of previous projects is as diverse as one can imagine. We have been involved with prestigious homes in the areas such as Mill Bank, Notting Hill and Pinner. At the other end of the housing market, we have carried out varous works for Social Landlords who's budgets are usually much lower than that the above properties' Landlords.

Our aim before and during any project is to work with you to gain the results you are looking for and stay within your budget.
